Now Hiring - Retail Sales Associate in Salem, MA

Ye Olde Pepper Companie wants to add new retail team members to our Salem, MA store. This is not a summer job, we are looking for year-round. Prior retail experience is preferred, but we will train anyone willing to learn the ropes. Weekends are required, as are some holidays; more Hours will be available during the Halloween season. Applicants must be able to lift 15 pounds or more. We are looking for friendly, personable folks who enjoy talking to customers about our company’s unique history and describing your favorite candies to our guests. Responsibilities and Duties

Primary Responsibilities may include but are not limited to;

*Ensure standards for quality, customer service, and health & safety are met

*Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock

*Ensuring prices are correct

*Ensuring stores cleanliness and health & safety measures

*Handle customer's questions, complaints, and issues

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
